Please pay attention;  My Modem Netgear CAX30 is on the Recommended List of Modems  (see your 2023.10.23 Full List of Compatible Devices.pdf)  

However - on my page https://www.xfinity.com/support/devices/#auth  it shows the modem as “incompatible based on filters”   (???) .

GENTLEMEN - WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? … I CANNOT GET THE PROMISED SPPED of 1+ Gbps.  I can only get 498Kbps.  The Tech guy came and tried to sell me a Modem … why? …

BESIDES - I get CONTINUOSLY INTERMITTENT SERVICEs…  Is there any tools for me to run to Log any intermittences???
