If you have a nickel allergy, then alloys containing nickel will trigger an allergic reaction. Bronze is an alloy that commonly contains nickel. Titanium and platinum typically do not.
Titanium is excellent, it’s hypoallergenic – it is used in medical tools for that reason. Same for platinum.
Avoid bronze.
