Right now wraith form is a movement ability, which means it is prevented by things like Hinder, Grav, junk trap, flux, etc. If it was only an invulnerability ability it would be just as good as it was about six months ago before they started adding all these (lame) ability hindering properties.

They could increase duration to compensate, or allow him to teleport while wraithed.
