This is OREGON SPECIFIC. I set up my LLC as a S-Corp and am setting up payroll for myself as the only employee on Gusto and it warns me to research WC for my state. However the wording of the state exemptions is extremely legalese confusing. Anyone else in OREGON with a self-employed S-CORP standing deal with this now or before?

I work exclusively from home in a consulting manner if that makes any difference.

Is this a catch-22 type of state required deal like UI where I must pay in but am not able or likely to file a claim against myself so I will never collect?
