I wish to upload videos on cloud/app ( in a phone is fine too) which lets me know when they were watched or accessed.

Hey,

I wanted to send some videos to my friend through cloud or directly in his phone ( link/app whatsoever) but I wish to know when they were accessed. Is it possible?
