Radiator fan issue not sure

so im not sure if anyone has this issue
i have a 2005 pt cruiser today my radiator fan was not turning on and i recently rewired the power connectors a few months ago and have had no issues so i thought maybe the fan relays were bad so i swapped the main one and nothing after about one minute the fan would shut off and but if i removed one of the relays ether one it turns on but my AC wont work.Ive tried anything i could think of is there something else i could try?
