If the Wayback Machine doesn’t allow us to archive YouTube videos, which website does?

I looked at the search results, but nobody said where to archive YouTube videos. I only found information about the Wayback Machine discouraging us from archiving YouTube videos unless necessary. Does anyone know of websites that can archive YouTube videos?
