  3. Cavilers (Except a huge jump)
  4. Heat
  5. Hawks (One of those teams that are randomly good and no one knows why)

  8. Wizards (Downvote me IDC)

  10. Knicks ( Wouldnt be suprised if they were a 5th seed again this year tho)

    I am keeping receipts for all the people putting Blazers dead last. Not saying we’re goign to be good, but falf our rotation are high quality, established vets. There is no way we’re a 20 win team.
