Please help 2016 Nissan Rogue S

RPMS started going haywire earlier today. So I brought over to my trusted mechanic. (Not Nissan dealership)

Checks the codes and this is what came up on his computer.

I have 119210 miles on it.

Do I need a new transmission or is this something that can be fixed without paying $5k+

Thank you for your help. Insanely stressed about this right now.
