I kinda like it, mostly quite minimalist. Only bit I’m not sure about is the grey bit.
I have that model, and it is working great. The only thing is that I ordered 2 and one of them was DOA, but Amazon replaced it. The only problem was that I had to go through Corsair support and they suck, they asked me for information and then stopped replying for like 2 weeks, at that point I contacted Amazon and told them what happened and they offered a replacement.
Wait a week, or a week and a half? Black Friday deals should be starting by then
I bought that exact unit for 90 bucks less than a month ago what the fuck? Even canucklebucks shouldn’t be that high.
How come maple country makes you pay so much more for stuff?
Tax for all the free poutine they drop off once a month
That’s a gen4 drive. I don’t think the deck even supports Gen4? It will still work. You just won’t notice a difference. And gen3 is cheaper.

I got the addlink s91 1tb for mine. Works great.
Where you at? That’s expensive. I’m in the USA though. You can get the sabrent rocket for $90.

I’ve got 5mbs left of onboard memory on my 256 sd
I got an SD card and filled it up with more games and emulators. Plus I can see the SD r/w took a hit after some use. So the time has come…

Another vote for eBay/Aliexpress WD SN740 . I was sceptical but it arrived and works perfectly.
Thanks for the replies everyone! Looks like this is a really popular choice. I’m checking the alts in the comments, but like many of you suggested, I’m also going to wait for Black Friday before pulling the trigger.
