It’s honestly mad if you really think about it. They’d won 5 out of the last 7 league titles. No one in their right mind could have seen this coming, even with Fergie leaving.

It’s like if someone were to tell you today that Man City won’t be anywhere near challenging for the title in the next 10 years (assuming nothing happens in regards to the 115 charges).

Imagine falling into a coma when ozil joined, and waking up now, to the news that he didn’t help us win the league, but we just finished 2nd after leading the table for 90% of the year, with a team of youngsters.

And one of the best back ups in Tomiyasu. Man’s a machine, and can play anywhere in the backline.

Ya people ignore it but Wenger winning the fa cup 3 out of 4 years was fucking huge. We should have won 3 in a row but we shit the bed against watford in the QF the same time we shit the bed in the league during 15/16. The final was a shit match between Palace and United.

For me it was a good song swan to a sad ending for Arsene. He deserved better and I wish he left on the high in 2017.

People shit on us constantly between 04-13 but winning fa cups constantly between 14-2020 is fucking awesome no matter how shit we were. People were so high on spurs finishing above us and our long banter era but even during the midst of a train wreck we pulled 4 fa cups in 7 years.

They mean the world to me.

And they’d been in 3 Champions League finals in those seasons, winning 1 and losing the other 2 to one of the greatest teams ever in Barcelona.

Nah man. The signing of Ozil…particularly the day he signed and some of his games in Arsenal shirt were some of my happiest days as a gooner.

I think Saliba is making a case to surpass any controversy
