I wasn’t able to watch the game. How did Miller do
“Backup point guard” with 0 assists in 18 minutes
Congratulations Hornets, the worst team in the league. Wake me up when this nightmare is over
This city is cursed
Our bench is absolutely horrendous.
Our defense is non-existent.
Our coach is setting us up to fail.
But LaMelo had a good offensive game, and Mark Williams continues to make his shots. So that’s good I guess.
“Trust me, we just gotta keep packing the paint and make them beat us by shooting threes. We’re so close, the wins are gonna start piling up. Nah, this definitely isn’t the same defense I used here in 2013, it’s def different.”
-Steven Gerald Clifford
When Terry comes back we need him coming off of the bench for second unit scoring. But holy shit another team shooting 40%+ from behind the three point line is incredibly concerning. Where is the breakdown happening?? No way this is the game plan
I hate to say it but drafting Williams as a traditional center is limiting them on defense. He protects the paint well but teams are shooting 3s like crazy. Every block attempt is either a block, a foul or offensive rebound for the other team. Spacing is terrible.
And why isn’t Miller running without the ball? He stays in the corner most of the game. He’s a rookie, he should be able to move without the ball.
Gordon is so big and powerful, he should play the 4.
If Bridges doesn’t help the team it’s going to be a long season.
