The assumption is the Ravens are peaking right now. The sub is worrying that this could be a repeat of 2019 and we peaked at the wrong time. There’s also this line of thought from hopefuls that we haven’t really peaked yet and the defense just steamrolled not elite QBs ie: Goff, Geno.
But what could the Ravens realistically do to make sure they’re not blowing their load too early?
- Keep the playbook simple when facing non-contenders?
- Haurbaugh coaches the team to make business decisions to minimize injuries?
- Treat games against bad teams as practice?
- Pull out Lamar and the starters as early as possible when dominating a team?
Realistically what could the team do?

Go 1-0 every week, don’t turn the ball over, don’t drop the ball, coaches don’t get cute with play calls or panic.
Are we peaking or just finding our footing with a new offense and coaching staff and personnel? Maybe this is our new normal not the peak? We still make a lot of mental errors. I don’t really see a peak yet.
