LeBron is an amazing decoy, even if he just sits in the corner. AR THRIVES WITH HALIBURTON, OFF LEBRON, not as primary ball handler for extended periods of time. We cannot rely on him to be our playmaker this season, he’s not there yet. It gave me “THT will be our wing defender” vibes, from the moment I heard it.

Gotta find someone else who can carve up a defense, to get some easy looks, because damn it man everything feels so difficult… other teams carve us up with ease!! WE GOTTA BE GOOD AT ONE THING, AT LEAST. We suck at everything 😂😂😂 Vando pls save us, but I don’t think you can. I give the team 10 more games before I truly make up my mind on the roster.

    The guy that makes sense is Klay Thompson. Klay and GS are at odds over a contract extension. Bringing him here in a trade will solve a lot of problems. Proven scorer from three, he has the size and is way better defensively than whatever we have in our back court. We probably have to do Dlo, Rui, and something else, to make it work. Point guard would still be an issue. Reaves should be able to handle it. So can Vincent. But we probably need to find a vet through waivers. We can probably convince Klay to take a 4 yr contract starting in the high 20s.

    After that we strongly have to consider moving on from Lebron in the offseason or possibly take some sort of paycut.

    All these threads about what players we need are kind of useless. The issue is our coach doesn’t know how to adjust and utilize the roster correctly especially to take advantage of matchups with opposing teams. Watch when/if we’re ever fully healthy the same issues will pop up and wins will still be hard to come by.
