There’s a low humming buzz in the front when cruising above 35.

Back left of rear door is rusted. None anywhere else.

Also front VIN is hard af to see but checked CARFAX and seems fine.

Is this is a bad idea or am i getting a hell of fucking deal right now. New to Toyota world so any help is amazingly appreciated !
