    I think the core of it is that there’s a lot more personal identity do a voice, which is what you’re getting at here. The scattering of vegitation or buildings is indistinguishable between Tom, Sally, Mark, or a precedural generation tool. But the voice and characteristics of these hypothetical people are all unique, and changing one for the other is instantly noticeable.
