I’m currently growing very slowly and found someone who can help.

The product made few sales and recurring revenue is low. Distribution is close to nonexistent (200 monthly visits). I found someone who bought similar businesses for 4 figures and grew them to 6 figures in a few months. He asked me for an equity split. What’s the best alternative at this early stage? Share equity of something close to worthless? revenue share? both? something else?
