I have an event coming up and I am wearing a navy/dark blue dress. I have no idea on what kind of makeup I should try out? Any recommendations? I have around NC 43-45 skin. I usually wear red lipsticks as I am not used to pink so would a red lip clash with a blue dress? What color should I use for eyeshadow? Any ideas appreciated
