Hi guys. I’m currently in the process of building a website, I’ve recently asked for some advice and the advice was utterly useless. The guy said any website business is not financially viable and basically impossible to make a return on it (never asking how I plan to make money on it). However, I’ve done lots of research on how I will make money from it, though I cannot find exact figures on how much it’ll earn. How do I go about proving how much money it will generate? Is it just a guesstimate?

I truly believe that this will be successful and will be doing everything I can to make it successful, the guy who “gave” me advice has spurred me on to make it even more successful.
