This has probably been said before, but I find Apple TV+ unusably bad. The lack of multiple profiles is a big issue if multiple family members want to view the same show at different times. The website seems to try to make it intentionally difficult to browse and look for shows. The MacOS App is also extremely error prone for me (I have a current-gen Macbook). Honestly it’s gotten to the point where I end up pirating shows that I could watch with my AppleTV+ subscription because its just a lot easier and more reliable to do that and then watch on my TV with a Chromecast. I assume this is all a design choice to push people to buy the Apple TV device, but I think it’s a poor choice, and I’m more likely to just cancel my subscription, which is a shame because some of my favourite shows are made by Apple TV.
