Mystery Mayhem - Literally just mystery heroes and total mayhem. Would make Wrecking Ball less recurring, and would give HUGE insentive to actually kill him.

Mystery Role Queue - Most people main a role, and a few characters in that role. If someone’s feeling like widening their palette (within a role), there would be the option to do that! (Would also stop random GOATS from appearing and surviving everything, since it’s 1-2-2)

Mirrored maps - Technically, Blizzard wouldn’t need to make a mirrored version of every map (that would take SO MUCH space), but they could mirror the view and controls of each player, and keep the HUD the same.

Test modes - Blizzard could make a mode with 80% dmg done and 80% healing done (and corrective ult charge) just to see if changes like that could be applied in any capacity.

Changing core mechanics - So you know how damage boost is applicative instead of multiplicative? What if it wasn’t? You’d see Ana-Mercy or Bap-Mercy way more. What about changing stun times? Have a gamemode where there’s half or double stun time (which is fair, because everyone would play the stun characters). Double knockback. Infinite ammo. Better healthpacks. More movement speed. Double jump height. Max projectile speed. Headshot only (except for Ana, Beamers and melee characters).

There’s so much simple potential for the Arcade that feels like it’s wasted. We rely on the Custom Games to make these modes, but they rarely ever actually fill up with 10 patient people to play a match that’s almost the exact same as normal. Arcade could fill that void.
