I recently started attempting to emulate PS3 games on the Steam Deck with RPCS3 installed through EmuDeck. I have only attempted to play sports games so far (FIFA 10,11,13 & Madden 07). However, I am having significant problems when running these games. FFA 10 has a soft lock issue with the goalkeeper which I have found answers to that require an older version of RPCS3, but both FIFA 11 and FIFA 13 have issues with frame drops, audio distortion, and lagging gameplay which make it difficult to play the game, let alone enjoy it.

I have played around with a couple settings under the boot configurations for FIFA 13, mostly without knowing what each setting does exactly, but following some suggestions I’ve found online and they have not helped the gameplay and even made it worse. I am currently running all of the games in the default boot configuration.

I am relatively new to emulation in general and brand new to PS3 emulation and the RPCS3 emulator. Has anyone had similar issues with sports games or other PS3 games in general? If so, what have you done to adjust the settings to get your games working. Any general advice on RPCS3 or PS3 emulation is also welcome! Thanks in advance for your help!
