as in, will 15th arrow lake desktop chips outclass everything before it so much (50％ more perf ) that alder and raptor lakes become irrelevant anciant tech？or will it be onpy incremential?

It’s not out yet and 50% is just hype train, not a reality as of now. And if you have a modern CPU there is no point upgrading every generation.
