Hello all, I build new gaming PC with below parts, and unfortunately something is wrong with performance and broken popping/cracking sound.

I think that everything is correctly connected, BIOS is updated, memory is properly set on EXPO 6000.
Now the issue. I tried multiple different linux systems, and on all of them I have the same issue. Degraded performance and popping/cracking sound. Even playing YT video has this issue, as you can see on attached screenshots/videos. In games, it doesn’t matter what settings I’m choosing, 720p low or 4k ultra in multiple games, all of them has serious stuttering, lags and broken sound.
Any idea what can be wrong with my build? Did I setup everything in BIOS correctly? Any known issues with similar setups like mine? Do I have to do something specific in Linux in order to make it working properly?
I couldn’t find it in BUOS settings. What exactly I should look for?
