This is my guess for the best lineup using players rostered in 5% of leagues or less according to Yahoo. I will do it with 0.5ppr scoring rules.

|POS|PLAYER - TEAM|ROSTERED%|OPPONENT |:–:|:–:|:–:|:–:|:–:| |QB|Tyson Bagent - CHI|4%|vs CAR| |RB|Rico Dowdle - DAL|3%|vs NYG| |RB|Cordarrelle Patterson - ATL|2%|at ARI| |WR|Trey Palmer - TB|1%|vs TEN| |WR|Kyle Philips - TEN|0%|at TB| |TE|Irv Smith Jr. - HOU|5%|vs HOU| |FLEX|Brandon Powell - MIN|2%|vs NO| |D/ST|Arizona Cardinals|1%|vs ATL| |K|Chad Ryland - NE|1%|vs IND|

This team is available in between 82.44% and 95% of leagues.

Not a lot of options at QB this week. Bagent, O’Connell (vs NYJ) and DeVito (at DAL) are the only starters under 5%. I’d rather start against Carolina than those other two. And Bagent just did alright against the Saints. Hopefully, he can do it again on a short week.

Tony Pollard continues to struggle. This hasn’t translated to increased opportunity for Dowdle, but Rico did have a big run called back due to a penalty last week. If this turns into a blowout, the Cowboys could use Dowdle as a closer and he could score in garbage time.

Drake London is still limited and Patterson should only need a few opportunities to provide some fantasy points against the Cardinals. The Cardinals are getting Kyler Murray back and if their offense improves, Atlanta should have to throw to keep up, in spite of Arthur Smith.

Trey Palmer has seen 10 targets the last two weeks and is playing more than 70% snaps. Tennessee is tough against the run but they can be beat through the air. The game against Houston last week became a shootout and this one has similar pieces in place.

On the Tennessee side, Kyle Philips had a 5 target game last week and could be in line for a similar workload this week, that is if he didn’t earn a larger role. He is still working back from injury, but he could be a solid PPR player if he can stay healthy.

The Bengals got both of their tight ends onto the squad last week and if Ja’Marr Chase is limited with his back injury and Tee Higgins is dealing with an ankle injury, Irv Smith Jr. could be in line for more passing volume.

Marshon Lattimore should be focusing on Addison, and KJ Osborn is in the concussion protocol. Brandon Powell could see a lot of balls come his way from the Passtronaut. Honorable mention to Trishton Jackson who came in after Osborn left the game early last week.

The Cardinals and Titans are currently the only defenses under 5% rostered. I will roll the dice on Arizona getting a turnover or two.

Indy is giving up the most points to the kicker position and and Chad Ryland has had a few good games. The Patriots offense is dicey to bet on but I think they will be able to move the ball against the Colts.
