We are a small coffee roastery and cafe. As part of our local feel, we have artists (art/clothing/crafts/music) which we provide space for on a temporary basis.

In the past it has always been a casual email and handshake. We are refining procedures and think it is best to create an agreement and waiver of liability.

Is anyone familiar with this, and/or have a sample of what they think are best practices? TIA
