If we’re 8-9 I’d be thrilled

My homer says anything is possible, but the realistic side of me is saying that teams will start to wake up and properly plan for us. I half expect teams like the Celtics and Nuggets to destroy us.

However we all know that we’re in Tilman’s famous “Phase 2” where we create the building blocks for winning. It’s gonna be fun trying to compete for the playoff spot again! Our vets have been huge and even if we’re in for a hot and cold season, these wins have been electrifying.

I think we beat Pelicans and Grizzlies at home for sure, and then take at least 2-3 of the other 6 games. Those are all good teams (when healthy) and most are away from home. We look great at home, but still unsure how we’ll look away from home against the good teams.

I think we’ll sit at 8-9 or 9-8.

Jamal Murray will be out so I think we take at least one of the Nuggets games. We can beat the Lakers again, probably both games I mean we absolutely dominated them. I think we’ll beat the Pelicans tomorrow and the Grizzlies. For some reason I think we’re gonna get up for that Clippers game and put an exclamation point on the fact that we have recovered from the post-Harden era. That’s at least 6-4, which would put us at 10-7 which is what I voted.
