Learn to do the freaking oil change! Buy a set of 12,000lbs plastic ramps ($50), large oil pan ($20) and basic socket set from Amazon ($30).Keep in mind you do need to change the drain bolt washer every time. Those can only be purchased at Toyota Dealer (around $1 per washer, buy a pack of 10).
All dealerships and quick lube places use the most absolute garbage cheapest oil on the market. Like the lowest of the low. When you do your own oil changes you get to decide what goes into your engine.
Kirkland Signature 0W-20 is $40 for 10 quarts. A filter at Toyota dealership is about $8. I use about 5 quarts per oil change so total is $28.
