Bought the SD two weeks ago, love it. Mind blowing. Not so sure about calling something with 1.5 hours of battery life portable but for me it works out. For reference I have only played Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered on it so far.

I also bought a $10 USB-C to HDMI adapter and I couldn’t get it to look very good on my TV. I fiddled around with some in game resolution settings a little bit.

QUESTION(S): is this the same experience I will have with a dock? Not quite right resolution? Am I using the adapter wrong? Does a dock do something different than an adapter?

IN ADDITION: I am not planning to modify my Deck in any way. Is the official Dock recommended, or is there something superior?
