I’m looking for a Windows VPS hosting, that has a 16 core cpu and around 64 gb of ram.
Anyone got a provider? Or are there some small providers in here that can help me out?

I keep recommending host-stage.net for windows vps but from your requirements 64 GB we are more on the dedicated server territory -
Windows 11 on a VPS you wouldn’t find any serious provider with such license, I would stay away from those who are doing so.
