At 1-8 I’d have to imagine it’s on the table. If we finish the season with 2-3 wins, I think Reich and Fitty are both gone

The only way I see Frank getting fired is if both of these are true:

    1. Season is over
    2. Ben Johnson actually wants to be a HC this year

Joe Person was on WFNZ yesterday and said that he thinks that Fitterer is on the hot seat and will be the first to go but Reich may go if we lose out.

I think, with that being said, if we lose in some embarrassing fashion, think the Cincinnati game from last year, he’s gone tomorrow.

If we fire the GM we need to fire the HC as well so that the GM and HC are linked for once

Agreed. I think it’s a dangerous precedent to fire a coach after a single season, but Reich has been exceptionally bad so far.

Patience. I am surprised by the regression of the offense particularly the line, but new scheme and injuries have taken a large bite. It’ll get better but gonna take time. Tough.

Fitt is for sure gone no matter what imo. Reich is 50/50, but I personally don’t think he deserves another year given how much of a disaster the offense has been and the fact that he hasn’t even tried to fix it or adjust in any way. It sucks we would be looking for another coach but I think we will be worse off keeping him.
