I have a few suggestions for games that go that long and you have extra money:

After 60 min new items and recipes are unlocked (like delux items 10 000 gold price)

Players can buy extra slots in inventory for their money

New creep is unlocked that randomly spawns on the map and attacks heroes (a dragon that steals ur items)

You can buy a special tp scroll that teleports you to the underground level. There is a maze with monsters and a boss fight in the middle of the maze for extra loot

Because support spells, except for ulti, deal small damage in ultra late game make an item after 60 min that converts those spells to deal fix dmg plus percentage of enemy heroes total hp

After 90 min heroes start deleveling due to old age

After 80min, everyone is teleported to League game, team will have option to surender.

Team that won League game can choose map for 90min CSGO2 game.

at 100min, game just ends with both teams getting L for playing a goddamn game of dota 2 for over 1,5 hours.

I don’t think introducing a lot more late game scaling is a good idea. Op is probably a carry player.
What could be interested however is some contrôlable objectives on the map that spawn after 80 min. Could grant the whole team one of the non scaling benefit below :
- added vision
- added out of combat speed increase.
- added cast range.
- faster consumable refresh rate (smoke etc).
- small building health regen
We could also add siege creep being stronger from 70 min onwards.
