So, we are a group of 3 guys (16m) who have been friends for a long time and we all have the ambition of starting a business together to save some money and then maybe buy a nice house by the sea one day. One of the other two guys and I are taking a full stack developer programming course and all three of us are studying the various dynamics of the world of investments. For some time we have been meeting about a possible business that we could start to set aside money to reinvest in our training and in creating new income. For now, little concrete has been done because we still don’t have enough experience in any field to be able to do something serious for now but we would still like to start something. We have some money set aside by working and with part of that we built a small home gym to train together and later we would like to expand it into a studio… So, what could we do to get involved?

What a dream, I love it! I dream of something similar but not been achieved yet. :D I wish I had started my entrepreneurial life at your age.

As u/Glad_Supermarket_450 already said you will fail and over and over again. And that is completely normal and good. The faster you fail the better. Because every failure is a learning.

I would recommend you pick a problem that you see in your life and see if you can build a product for that. Start right away, no need to wait. :)

Or you can also go the route of simply building websites for some small businesses. That is. fairly easy, and you will learn a lot about selling, development, and the business world.

Start looking into the fundamentals of business. Your mindset is going to be your secret weapon. You can try all the different ideas but if there is no knowledge present, it will not happen. Develop yourself into a businessman first in mind, and then in body.

Following this, focus on trying different ideas that come to mind. Business ideas that build on your expertise, ways to scale wealth, methods of growing income, etc.

    Ask yourself the basic questions:
    - what skill do I need to make this happen?
    - What would make me valuable to others so that they would pay me to do _________?
    - How can I then grow this money by putting my active income to work for me?

    Read these books:
    - the four hour work week
    - the richest man in Babylon
    - atomic habits

If you want to be a powerful individual, apply these three books and listen to 48 laws of power, Jordan Peterson compilations to build your mindset, and capture as much knowledge as you can.
