Hindsight is 20/20 but it’s obvious the Seahawks had opportunities to move up for a QB this past draft. Would you have preferred PC/JS traded up to draft Stroud or build a team for Geno to compete with?

Also why in 14 years have PCJS elected to avoid drafting QB’s in the draft?? They only took 2 QB’s in that time; ‘12 Wilson in 3rd round, ‘18 McGough in 7th round?

Would have rather built up the O Line which would result in better performance out of Geno.

I heard one interview from Stroud giving all the glory to god and it gave me hard PTSD after Russ. I’d rather stick with Geno.

If we are playing fantasy GM time machine??? I likely would have done some stupid shit like draft Willis last year. That said, last season I really really wanted Stroud. I think I would have tried pretty hard to make it happen, Stroud seemed to want to be here too. The Texans really wanted Young, so my strategy would have been to make it look like we were high on Richardson. The Texans assumed that the Panthers wanted Steoud or Richardson so if we also look like we want Richardson then the Texans maybe make the deal with us and move back thinking they can get him at 3-4. Also If I am GM I would have never let DJ Reed walk, so not having Spoon doesnt hurt as bad.

That said I would have burned this team to the ground with so many bad decisions before the draft that I wouldnt even have a job lol.

    I hate posts like these.

You realise you don’t get to draft with hindsight? If we traded away a huge package for Bryce Young (who doesn’t look he has the arm strength for NFL) or AR5 (who looks like a perpetual injury risk), you’d be torching this team for making the trade for the top draft pick.

I wouldn’t worry about this. What I would say is that if Carolina is gonna finish with the worst record, they might be one of the few teams that would take a trade. How much would you be willing to give up for the first pick this year? Bc it would take a stupid haul. to be sure. But maybe we have a good enough roster in place to start considering that?

Carolina’s pick belongs to Chicago because of the #1 pick trade of 2023.

Hindsight is always easy. However, you are not going anywhere in today’s league without an QB.

If we could have landed Stroud or Richardson, I would. Spoon is great, but he’s no QB.
