The devices trackpad stopped working, but I am able to use a USB mouse. I updated and uninstalled/reinstalled the driver and did not have any luck getting the trackpad to work.

On top of that, I keep on getting the same error: “AQAUserPS.exe - System Error

VCRUNTIME140_1.DLL was not found.”

After some research I saw this is solved by downloading the MS Visual C++ Redistributables, and did but still get the same error. (The only difference is the name was missing “_1” before the download.)

I am not sure why this happened as I followed the install instructions directly from MS. Has any one experienced either of these issues and if so how did you solve them? The device is an acer aspire, but I am planning on deploying the update on multiple (different) windows devices as required for Intune management. What could I do preemptively to prevent similar issues when deploying?
