It looks like Valve has hold on to the release of 3.5 because of new OLED model. Now we have it out of the way, I’m 99.99% sure that SteamOS 3.5 would be available on the same day. Just a guess though.

Most likey, they will ship new decks with 3.5 yes. But they taking pre-orders? Or ship within 1-2 weeks?
If arriving in short notice might we see 3.5 on Stable channel within a week or so.
