Swapping fossil-powered cars for EVs is a win for cutting CO2 emissions, but it may exacerbate particulate pollution from wear and tear on tires.

While I do understand that electric vehicles tend to weigh more (A Tesla Model 3 weighs around 1-2k pounds more than a Toyota Camry, for example), but is it as bad as people make it out to be?
