Granted, “the bears still suck” chant has broken out multiple times when I’ve attended non-Bears games at Lambeau. However, those were just little flare ups, here and there. One was a Vikings game, so it made sense because that was the one thing both sides could agree on lol. Still, we would be chanting “GO PACK GO” during this broadcast had we been the winning team. The only way we would chant anything about the Bears in this scenario is if we had just beaten them.
Chicago needs to concentrate on coming up with their own catchy cheer. If the Vikings could do it with “skol” after 60 years, the Bears can figure something out after 123 years. Maybe do what the Vikings did, and scour international soccer for something that fits their team, and rip it off!
