HELP, can't make sense of this mumbo jumbo

Hey y’all just got done with discount tires and I’m looking for some help reading this diagnostic. They said they couldn’t do my alignment because I needed to replace some parts, just need to know what to ask for so I’m not getting shafted at a local mechanic or something
