i’ve recently moved into a new apartment and on the very edge of the apartment it has a fiber optic cable ran into a fiber-ethernet media converter. A yellow ethernet cable goes into the WAN port of the router, but the Wi-Fi gets blocked by the walls, and as the main living area is on the other edge of the apartment, the Wi-Fi is slow. I have an ethernet cable which is ran through to my TV, so could I buy another router which would take the internet from the ethernet port and make a new Wi-Fi network which would be more central in my apartment from the main router?
