Can someone help me find a book?

The book is an about a girl who changes schools from some state in the US (I forgot) to a state in the Northeast like Vermont or New Hampshire or Maine( a state where it snows a lot). But she goes to this school for kids who are good at horseback riding. And basically the plot is she becomes friends with a guy who no else likeswho’s job is to clean and take care of the horse stables, and they end up getting kidnapped and police and everyone in the small town have to find them. Please help I really want to find this book.
