I have made a pre-alpha version of my product: a platform that connects MBA grads with industry experts to prepare them with mock case study interviews
the pre-alpha is fully functional and coaches can create and start making extra cash /month by selling their expertise to students.

Right now I’m in the process of onboard some coaches before I start onboarding students, but the problem I face is when I talk to coaches the proposition gets a lot of interest from them, everyone wants to be a coach in the app, that cool but when when I send the platform link and in addition an onboarding video that I have made but at the end I see no registration from them on the platform. this is very frustrating tbh.
