I’m sure we all love consuming NFL analysis, highlights, podcasts more after a huge win like we’ve had over the past couple weeks. It seems pretty universal that the Ravens are at the top the league.

Robert Mays from the Athletic has been very vocal about how good this team has been, from execution, to coaching philosophy shifts over the last few years, to love for EDC and roster moves.

Meanwhile, on coach of the year discussions and I think Nate Tice brought up the Steelers (Mike Tomlin default mention), Mays just flat out refused to talk about them. He basically said, “yes they have 5 wins, but they are bums and the football they play sucks”. I fucking love how quickly any Steelers talk was brushed aside.

Obviously the Steeler monkey is something this current Ravens team still has to get off our back. Flat out, Lamar and Ro just have to beat those fuckers. But it doesn’t bother me that much. Like personally, I’m fine with the Steelers being competitively adrift in offensive purgatory. It’s cool that gloved hand boy can make 4th quarter comebacks sometimes as long as it’s CLEAR that they don’t have the juice to be legitimately competitive in the playoffs.

Time to pound these orange idiots at the bank and extend this division lead ‼️🐦‍⬛
