I don’t see how Darkwing II can be classified as anything other than one of the most powerful beings in the show universe.
All the other powerful supes have similar-ish powers, be it great strength or intelligence, bar Atom Eve of course.
However, we know that Atom Eve is limited in the fact that she can’t use her powers on beings with a living conscious.
Darkwing II however seems to be the only one capable of visiting the Shadow Verse. Yes, he’s not as strong as others, but he can get the jump on anyone and tramp them there infinitely, as long as he doesn’t boast about it while within their reach.
I hope he gets a decent amount of screentime. He’s one of the background/side characters I thought was worthy of being a more prominent cast member (same with Machinehead and Darkblood).
