I bought a 25ft extension cord for ev charging, but it’s a few feet too short. Can I connect two 25ft extension cords together to charge my car?

Be careful, I have a professional outdoor cord and let me assure you, it gets really hot. Avoid charging when the sun is hitting directly the cable.
