I have a Lenovo Micro PC with Intel Core i5-4570T @ 2.90 GHz and 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD. Windows 11 Pro. I loaded Windows 11 Pro using Rufus with the option to bypass the Windows 11 checks.
I have updated all the drivers on it as far as I can tell.
If the computer has been idle for a while and then I play a video, it will play fine. (YouTube, news sites, etc.)
I can hear the CPU fan spool up. Then if I pause a video or play another video, the video will play at half speed without audio.
It will then take about 10 minutes before I can play another video properly. Otherwise any video will play at half or so speed with no audio.
I’ve tried video drivers from Intel (Intel HD Graphics 4600).
This is the only PC in my daily use computers that has this problem. The other PCs are different make/model.
I don’t know what else to do, other than get a different computer.
