Honestly, I’m not sure how I’d feel about a phone was qi2.
Until a phone is built was an easily replaceable chassis and screen, I’m going to put a case on it.
I got a magnetic case for my phone and it works just fine.
Also, not sure if this is a problem for those with a phone magnet, but my magnet is already like 1/3 as powerful as new. Still strong enough, but could be stronger.
I think it’s not just about magnets, it’s also about accessory compatibility. Plus, I kinda agree with you that it’s not a big deal but I hate the fact that oems just cheap out.
