Hi /r/startups , I’m a founder of a non-US startup and I needed some advice on scaling up a US GTM. I’m solving for Human Resource problems of founders and early leadership teams of Startups and SMEs based out of the tech hubs (SF, NY, Seattle, Atlanta etc.). We’re 1-year post-revenue and already making >40% of it from the US.

Even so, I’ve only been able to get a few intros (for conversations, not sales) through referrals so far and any attempts to do cold outreach just hasn’t worked. I don’t want to do sales but to get a couple of conversations to understand their Human Resources and Talent Acquisition problems and see if we can find some synergy to solve them.
