Aside from the OLED steam deck news and the various reactions / memes / meltdowns to it, what is everyone playing this weekend?
Personally I have the itch to spend money and increase my backlog…. but if I play anything it’ll be a rotation of Halo Spartan Strike / Assault, Brotato, and Sleeping Dogs
Bricktales is fucking awesome. The most authentic Lego game experience you’ll find. You play in Lego dioramas and build pieces with random Lego bits to complete tasks in the story. Plays 60/high. Lovely, colorful and will look even better on the OLED.
Cyberpunk 2077, streamed from the PC. Looks fantastic at 2560x1600 (even better than playing natively on the Deck).
Still working on Persona 5
Finally started Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands and it’s so great
I refuse to play another game until it’s on a beautiful vibrant buttery smooth oled steam deck… jk I’m just playing Alan wake 2 on my desktop at the moment
Tainted grail: the fall of Avalon. Surprisingly great and promising indie title aiming to give a similar experience to Skyrim
HOB
Had this installed for ages and got for like 5 bucks on sale but just started it yesterday and I’m 5 hours in. Its GORGEOUS. If you like Tunic and Deaths Door check it out. Less enemies and more exploration puzzles but really a great game.
Decided to finish the dlc I haven’t touched in borderlands 3, definitely worth it and regret not doing so sooner.
On rotation: FC3, Arkham Knight, Kingdom Come Deliverance, LA Noire, Splinter cell blacklist
Sleeping dogs is such a good game.
