Is there a way I can make steam do this either much quicker and/or at the download as “Shader Pre-caching” like the Steam Deck?

Edit: I turned off shader precaching and it work flawlessly now.

    I allways skipped it but after letting it run one time to 100% it didn’t pop back up. So far.
